My journey into fitness began through an unexpected path – recovering from a dance injury. This experience highlighted the profound impact of resistance training, not just for athletes but for anyone wanting to move better, feel stronger, and live a more vibrant life.

That personal experience fueled me to get my Level 3 qualification back in 2021. Since then, I've supported individuals with a variety of goals, from achieving weight loss to preparing for specific sporting events.

Now, as a certified nutritionist too, I bring a holistic approach to your well-being. I focus on helping clients build healthy and sustainable habits and my approach is rooted in education, compassion, and a focus on their relationship with food.

Whether you're looking to lose weight, just starting your fitness journey, or a seasoned gym-goer aiming for more, I'm here to guide you in reaching your goals.

Saber

Growing up as a kid with serious postural issues, I started gym training as a form of corrective exercise. From there, I managed to become an athlete very early and started competing in Olympic Weightlifting during my teens before moving into the world of powerlifting to support injury rehab.

I've been working as a personal trainer since I was 17, and in that time, I've had the chance of helping people achieve a wide range of goals. From those just starting their fitness journey to individuals navigating injury rehab and athletes preparing for competitions in sports like rugby, CrossFit, and Olympic Weightlifting, just to name a few.

In the last 5 years, I've also embraced the disciplines of K1 and Muay Thai. I've dedicated time to training in Thailand and the Netherlands to deepen my understanding and skills as both a fighter and a trainer in these martial arts.

Chiara has prepared very tailored (and fun!) programs for me, she constantly updates them and she is always super available to advices and support on every aspect, also outside of the hours together. She even prepared an adaptation for when I can't train in my usual gym.

I wasn't a total newbie in the gym and yet she prepared programs that included exercises and machines I had never tried, thus making the workouts very effective and challenging, and at the same time, really fun and stimulating too!

In the two months I have been training with her, I have already seen a significant change in my body; also my performances and results have already changed impressively!

Chiara is really an amazing and wholesome coach, incredibly prepared on a technical level and - this for me it's a game changer - she's also an extraordinary mental coach. It’s been almost 9 months since I’ve started my strength and conditioning training under coach Saber.

Not only I can see tremendous results in my fighting performance - stronger body, quicker movements - but also on my life outside sports, thanks to the tailored trainings on my mobility and flexibility. Saber is a knowledgeable, well rounded and curious coach who makes sure every training is well researched, scientifically explained and correctly executed.

He is also a very demanding coach, but I guess that’s exactly why I wouldn’t change him for any other PT! :)
